1. Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how StudioNest handles information when you use our Android application. StudioNest is a locally operated content planning and creator utility app. We aim to make its data handling clear so you can decide what to save on your device and what to export yourself.

2. Information You Create and Save You may choose to enter caption drafts, hashtag collections, scripts, posting schedules, checklist items, brand notes, ideas, thumbnail plans, video project details and manually recorded performance metrics (such as views, likes, comments, shares and follower figures).

These records are stored locally in the app's storage on your device. The app does not require a user account and does not automatically send these records to the developer or a remote server.

3. Photos, Images and Video Files When you choose to use an image or video feature, StudioNest accesses only media or documents that you select through the Android file-selection interface. Image resizing, compression, previews and thumbnail mockup generation are performed on the device. Video information is used to organize your local records.

The app does not automatically upload your selected media to the developer. When you choose to save an output image or another file, the file is written to the document location you select. Files saved or shared outside the app are subject to the security and privacy practices of their destination.

4. Network Connections, Advertising and Analytics The current offline version of StudioNest does not request Android's INTERNET permission and does not require a connection to a cloud service. It does not integrate advertising SDKs, third-party user tracking SDKs, automated social-media analytics or online AI services.

The analytics feature displays information that you enter manually. It does not access your social-media accounts to retrieve performance data.

5. How Information Is Used The information you enter is used on your device to display and organize drafts, schedules, checklists, media projects and manual reports, and to perform the specific offline functions you select. We do not use that in-app content to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.

6. Data Sharing and Your Exports StudioNest does not automatically transmit your app records to CONSULTREAT ( PRIVATE ) LIMITED or outside organizations. You can choose to export JSON backups, CSV analytics reports, thumbnail mockups or processed images and can choose where those files are saved or shared.

If you share exported information through an email app, cloud storage provider or another service, that separate service may process it according to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those third-party services or copies you choose to share.

7. Storage and Security StudioNest stores application records in Android app-private local storage. The app uses Android's system document and media selection mechanisms for user-selected file access. No internet-based transfer of records is required for its core functionality.

Security of the device itself and of any exported files depends on your device settings and the location where you save the files. Protect your device with appropriate access controls, and keep backup files in a safe place. No storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion Your local app records remain on your device until you delete them in the app, replace them by restoring another backup, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. The current app is configured not to use Android's built-in application-data backup feature.

An exported backup, report or image remains wherever you saved it until you delete it from that location. The developer cannot remotely access or delete locally stored records. Any request concerning support correspondence may be sent using the contact information at the end of this policy.

9. Permissions The current app does not request internet access, device location, camera access or broad storage permissions. When you actively select a file or export location, Android provides the relevant access for that action. We do not request continuous access to your photo or video library.

10. Support Correspondence If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. We use this correspondence to address your enquiry and may retain it for a reasonable period for support and recordkeeping, subject to applicable legal requirements. This correspondence is separate from the app's offline data storage.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this policy when the application's features or data practices change. The revised policy will show an updated effective date. The privacy information displayed inside the app should be kept consistent with the publicly available policy.
